How is Scripture described? 

1. Scripture is authoritative.

     Jesus used Scripture to defeat Satan during the temptation (Matthew 4:1-11)

     Jesus rebuked demons. 

     The amour of God passage reminds us that the Word is the SWORD of the Spirit.(Ephesians 6:17)

2. Scripture is Inspired 

     There are many people who put the words on paper but God is the one who
      inspired it all. 

      Scripture is God breathed (2 Timothy 3:16)

3. The Word of God is sharper than a double edged sword. 

    It can penetrate to the heart (Hebrews 4:12) 

    Think of a knife: A sharp knife slices a tomato precisely but a blunt knife mashes it. 

4. The Word of God is Pure

    It is complete and flawless. Take it as is. It needs no polishing.
    It is not open to compromise or negotiations .
    Proverbs 30:5, Psalm 18:30, 2 Samuel 22:31

Let's dig deeper into the Bible and completely trust that it is God's Word.
